  1. How soon can I get my order?
    Orders are usually in house less than 36 hours unless there are exceptions for artwork, waiting for winners names, etc. Always let us know if you need a rush service as we should be able to accommodate all requests. Delivery times as below;
  2. How do you ship?
    We default to Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery for shipping. Typically, 3-4 business days transit time for most cities and towns. Longer for more rural or remote areas. You can check their delivery standards here: Our "ship from" postal code is K9A 5C6.
    You can request faster services for an upgraded charge.
    Call anytime for a shipping quote, and one is always provided with the proof of your order.
  3. Are there any set-up charges?
    NO.
    We don't charge for extra colour, no charges for extra line of personalization and NO charge per letter for award or recipients name. Alex is the same price as Alexander, and it's all included.
  4. Can I see what my plaques will look like before you produce them?
    Absolutely. A proof of all artwork is supplied before we proceed with your order. Make sure we have an email address that will accept attachments and that you check regularly so your order doesn't get held up.
  5. What if I only need one or two plaques?
    Our minimum order is one. All orders are treated with the same priority service.
